Belarusian game on 2 fronts

Alaksandr Lukashenko is trying to lead a double game — on the 1 hand he supports Russia and helps it in the war, on the another hand he wants to advance himself as a possible intermediary, but demands Ukraine's surrender, says PAP political scientist Valer Karbalevich.
