Barbara Nowacka: there will be a fresh emergency consequence manual

The Ministry of National Education, in cooperation with the Ministry of abroad Affairs, is preparing a manual to aid children and young people learn how to respond to crisis situations. As announced by MEN chief Barbara Nowacka, the school's subject Education for safety will besides be changed.
