Banning Braun's party? "A wide-ranging, planned and implemented action"

The acceptance of the banning of a political organization must be confirmed by the Constitutional Tribunal and must have a request from, for example, a court to deal with it at all. So the procedure of banning a given organization is long and not easy. (...) The Confederation of the Polish Crown is full convinced that this is simply a very wide-ranging, planned and implemented action that is to consequence in any kind of solution" – says Roman Fritz, DoRzeczy.pl.
