"Banks will be forced to file further lawsuits"

The draft Swiss franc law will not unblock the courts, said Katarzyna Urbańska, head of the legal and legislative squad of the Polish Bank Association (ZBP). In her opinion, the government draft may origin banks, after unfavourable first-instance judgments, to file further applications.
