Prime Minister Andrei Babish's government blocked the exchange of ambassadors approved by the erstwhile cabinet and accepted by president Petr Pavl. The cabinet, sworn in in in mid-December 2025, concluded that sending diplomats would be against the interests of the Czech Republic.
