Attorney Kania-Sieniawski: In the ENA case involving Ziobro, the court could not have ruled otherwise

The court could not have issued an ENA without reasonable suspicion that Zbigniew Ziobro was in the European Union. After his departure for the U.S., the prosecutor’s office should have withdrawn the request, according to criminal defence lawyer Antoni Kania-Sieniawski in an interview with “Rzeczpospolita.”
