Armenia and Azerbaijan on the verge of another war?

Azerbaijan and Armenia faced another armed conflict erstwhile many clashes between the armies of both states were reported at the turn of September 12 and 13. Artillery is to be actively active in the fighting and, as Armenian sources claim, besides Azerbaijani drones. Subsequent countries, headed by France and the United States, are calling for deescalation and the cessation of armed action. Armenia is asking Russia, the Organization of the Collective safety Agreement and the UN for help.
