Are the Wagnerians making a provocation in Belarus?

Russian mercenaries from a private military company known as the Wagner Group arrived in Belarus, more precisely to the areas close the Ukrainian border. Their aim will be to carry out an armed provocation, i.e. the alleged shelling of Belarusian territory by Ukraine, the Ukrainian government portal of the Centre for National Objection revealed on Wednesday.
