Arab League summit: Assad in Zelensky's shadow

The arabian League summit held in Saudi Jeddah on 19 May was dominated by the participation of 2 people: Bashar al-Assad and Volodymyr Zelensky. On the 1 hand, it was a signal about the final closing of the chapter of the “Arab Spring”, and on the another hand, a successful demonstration by Mohammad bin Salman that he is handing out cards in his relations with Russia and does not intend to prosecute a one-vector policy in this regard.
