The Prosecutor's Office directed to the territory Court in Warsaw an indictment against the erstwhile head of the MON, MP of PiS Antoni Macierewicz, sent a spokesperson for PK prok. Przemysław Nowak. As he said, Macierewicz was accused of revealing classified information regarding the circumstances of the Smolensk disaster.
