The gap in the consumer protection system, created as a consequence of the deficiency of appropriate activity of the president of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, has been filled by law firms dealing with the pursuit of consumer claims. The result? Protection – at a very advanced level – exists only where it is cost-effective.
