The head of the National safety Bureau, General Dariusz Łukowski, stated in an interview with PAP that the problem with the stockpiles and purchases of ammunition for the Polish Army is not neglect, but rapidly increasing needs. As he emphasized, Poland is ordering hundreds of fresh gun-howitzers, and the experience of the war in Ukraine forces a complete change of approach to calculating the essential amounts of ammunition.
