U.S. National Intelligence manager Tulsi Gabbard stated on Saturday that Russia's assessment of American intelligence does not have the ability to conquer and occupy Ukraine or invade Europe. Nevertheless, "the interview has always pointed out that Putin wants more," says Mike Quigley, politician congressman sitting on the US home of Representatives' intelligence committee.
