Americans optimistic about Ukrainian winter offensives

The US military authorities are revising their erstwhile assessments on the likelihood of Ukrainian military operations during the winter; Washington's announcements in this respect are becoming increasingly optimistic, the American Institute for the survey of War (ISW) said in a fresh analysis.
