The head of the German Ministry of Economy and Energy warns: the planet is becoming increasingly uncertain and the alliances in question are beginning to fall apart. "Germany must look for fresh partners in consequence to changes in the global order" - said Katherina Reiche in Berlin on Tuesday. Among the fields of cooperation she has identified, among others, countries of South America, the mediate East and India.
