All Deputy Ministers of Defence of Ukraine have been dismissed. Corruption, procedures or “new broom”?

According to Taras Melnychuk, a typical of the government in the Ukrainian parliament, all erstwhile deputy heads of the Ministry of Defence were dismissed from their posts. Recently, Olexiy Reznikov replaced Rustem Umerov as the head of the Ministry of defence of Ukraine.
