Act of indictment against Grzegorz Braun

Grzegorz Braun was accused of:

1. On 1 March 2022 in Warsaw, in the building of the National Institute of Cardiology at 42 Alpejska Street, he violated the physical integrity of a public authoritative – the manager of the National Institute of Cardiology, during and in connection with the duties mentioned above, as well as utilizing physical force against the aforementioned in the form of shoulder and clothing tugs, as well as blocking the passage forced the said officer to stay at the scene of the event, namely the offence of Article 222 § 1 kk in confluence with Article 191 § 1 kk in conjunction with Article 11(2) kk,
2. on 1 March 2022 in Warsaw, in the building of the National Institute of Cardiology at 42 Alpejska Street, he insulted the doctor acting as manager of the National Institute of Cardiology, who was a public officer, during and in connection with the performance of the aforementioned duties, by saying, through the transmission of events via the Internet, that he would carry out his duties in the state after utilizing alcohol, which could degrade him in the public opinion and exposure him to the failure of assurance needed for the performance of his duties and the pursuit of his profession, that is, the offence of Article 226 § 1 kk in a fugitive with Article 212 § 1 and 2 kk in connection with Article 11 § 2 kk,
3. On 27 January 2023 in Krakow, at ul. Przy Ronda 7 in the building of the territory Court in Krakow, he damaged the Christmas tree and destroyed its decorations, which were the property of the Association of Polish Judges “Iustitia” Branch in Krakow and the Association of Judges “Themis”, which caused harm of a full value of PLN 1.408.26, i.e. for a crime of Article 288 § 1 kk,
4. On 30 May 2023, in Warsaw, at the office of the German Historical Institute, at 39 Ujazdowski Avenue in Warsaw, he damaged property in the form of a wireless microphone, a speaker, a "Speacon" connection socket in the audio column and a screen matrix and casings of Dell's laptop, which caused harm of a full value of PLN 2.569.00 in the property of the German Historical Institute, i.e. a crime of Article 288 § 1 kk,
5. on 30 May 2023 in Warsaw, at 39 Ujazdowskie Avenues, did not leave the seat of the German Historical Institute against the request of the rightholder, that is, the manager of the German Historical Institute, that is, the offence of Article 193 § 1 kk,
6. on 12 December 2023 in Warsaw, at 4/6/8 Wiejska Street, in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, he publically insulted a group of people due to their spiritual affiliation, by saying: "You should not be ashamed of yourself" and maliciously obstructing the public execution of the act of spiritual candlelight in the Chanukija candlestick and public insulting the subject of spiritual worship, consisting in extinguishing, utilizing a fire extinguisher, candles lit in the Chanukija candlestick, by insulting the spiritual feelings of the followers of Judaism, that is, the act of art. 257 kk in a fugitive from Article 195 § 1 kk in conjunction with Article 196 kk in connection with Article 11 § 2 kk,
7. on 12 December 2023 in Warsaw, at 4/6/8 Wiejska Street, in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, in connection with an intervention by an established individual to defend public order, directing towards the victim a stream of fire extinguishers with a powder substance, breached the physical immunity mentioned above, and caused her a slight injury to health, lasting no longer than 7 days, that is to say, an offence under Article 157(2) in conjunction with Article 217a kk in conjunction with Article 11(2) k.
