Fellow passengers reported that Aashif Daulla Ansari from Bihar’s Gopalganj remained unresponsive when a flight attendant approached to clear his food tray and drinks. Doctors seated nearby examined him and confirmed he had no pulse, TOI reported.
“The victim had not even unbuckled his seatbelt nor touched his food plate,” recounted one passenger who witnessed the incident.
The airport’s medical team provided immediate assistance upon landing. “Our medical team responded immediately, providing first aid before transporting him to the hospital in an Advanced Life Support ambulance. We are deeply saddened to learn that he later passed away. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family during this difficult time,” said a CCSI Airport spokesperson.
