GOA- Air India Express (IX), India’s fastest-growing airline, has announced the launch of daily non-stop flights between Indore (IDR) and Goa Dabolim Airport (GOI), starting October 26, 2025.
The new service enhances direct connectivity between the central Indian city of Indore (IDR) and Goa (GOI), one of India’s most popular tourist destinations. Bookings are now available through the airline’s website, mobile app, and major travel platforms.

From October 26, 2025, Air India Express (IX) will operate a daily flight on the Indore (IDR) – Goa (GOI) route. The schedule is designed for convenient travel, with a late morning departure from Indore and a return service in the early afternoon.

- Indore (IDR) – Goa (GOI): Departure 10:55 | Arrival 12:35 | Frequency: Daily
- Goa (GOI) – Indore (IDR): Departure 13:15 | Arrival 14:55 | Frequency: Daily
The introduction of this route caters to both leisure and business travellers, expanding choices for passengers flying between Central India and the western coast.

Goa (GOI) continues to attract domestic and international travellers for its beaches, heritage, nightlife, and cultural diversity. The addition of daily flights from Indore (IDR) strengthens air links to a destination that records year-round demand.
This new connection complements Air India Express’ existing services from Indore to North Goa (GOX – Mopa Airport), giving passengers more flexibility in choosing their point of arrival within Goa.

Travellers flying with Air India Express can also access Xpress Holidays, a platform offering curated travel packages. These include flights, hotels, transfers, and activities, allowing passengers to plan end-to-end trips directly from the airline’s website. This service is designed for both leisure travellers seeking convenience and families looking for bundled travel solutions.

From Goa (GOI), the airline operates 40 weekly flights with direct connections to Bengaluru (BLR), Delhi (DEL), Hyderabad (HYD), Kolkata (CCU), Hindon (HDO), and Mumbai (BOM).
On the international front, Air India Express links Goa (GOI) directly to Dubai (DXB), and provides one-stop connections to destinations like Abu Dhabi (AUH), Bangkok (BKK), Muscat (MCT), and Kathmandu (KTM).

From Indore (IDR), Air India Express operates over 45 weekly flights, connecting directly to 36 domestic destinations, including Bengaluru (BLR), Delhi (DEL), Hyderabad (HYD), North Goa (GOX), and Pune (PNQ).
Internationally, passengers can fly direct to Sharjah (SHJ) and connect to other global destinations via one-stop services.
The airline also offers onward connectivity to 25 Indian cities such as Chennai (MAA), Kolkata (CCU), Kochi (COK), Lucknow (LKO), and Srinagar (SXR), along with international hubs like Jeddah (JED), Bahrain (BAH), Kuwait (KWI), and Muscat (MCT).

Indore retained the top spot as India’s cleanest city for the eighth year in a row in the Swachh Survekshan 2024-25 survey. It was followed by Surat and Navi Mumbai, reinforcing their place among India’s most successful urban cleanliness models.
In the 3–10 lakh population category, Noida emerged as the cleanest city, while Chandigarh and Mysuru secured the next two positions.
President Droupadi Murmu presented the awards at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, in a ceremony organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
The Swachh Survekshan survey has become the world’s largest cleanliness assessment exercise, now in its ninth year. The 2024-25 edition evaluated over 4,500 cities across India, measuring sanitation, waste management, and service delivery against a framework of 10 parameters and 54 indicators.
Indore’s continued success highlights its robust waste segregation practices, efficient collection systems, and strong citizen involvement.
