Arrested on the border with Lithuania, 4 Afghan citizens had previously twice recovered from our barrier on the border with Belarus and were registered by our Border Guard, said Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Monday. He added that the Belarusian services are redirecting migrants to the borders with Latvia and Lithuania.
