Ammunition scandal in Ukraine. The military got defective mortar grenades

In Ukraine there was a scandal about the quality of 120 mm mortar shells supplied to the army. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence in the Communication referred to Butusov's accusations, indicating that an interior investigation has been underway for 3 weeks to explain the reason for the transfer of defective ammunition to the army.
