In a statement, the Head of the interior safety Agency denied that ABW is active in the election campaign. "With respect to false information provided by any media on the engagement of the interior safety Agency in the ongoing presidential campaign, I declare that, contrary to repeated insinuations, the ABW at no phase and in no form engaged or engages in the run on the side or against any candidate," we read.
In addition, the head of the ABW, Colonel Rafał Syrysko, announced that he was planning to take appropriate legal action in connection with the emerging suggestions.
"Formulation at the interior safety Agency of false allegations of the usage in the presidential run of any material from proceedings conducted in the ABW is detrimental to the safety of the Republic of Poland, the image of the service and completely unauthorisedly distorts its activities as a state office and exposes the service to failure of public confidence," he emphasised in the Communication.
With respect to Onetu's information regarding Karol Nawrocki's takeover of Mr. George's apartment, the spokesperson for the PiS candidate's staff issued a statement. "Using the flat case to attack Karol Nawrocki now proves that a dirty run of peculiar services was involved. We are informed that a group of people is working on this to supply information from Karol Nawrocki's individual safety survey to the media," she stated.
