The real repair of the regulation of law in Poland, as well as the warrant of respect for human rights, requires the implementation of the pilot judgement of the ECtHR in the case of Lech Wałęsa, points out the president of the Polish Bar Council, Przemysław Rosati, in a letter to the Minister of abroad Affairs Radosław Sikorski and the Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar.
