The substantive consideration of the constitutional complaint filed by Dariusz Barski was inadmissible due to the fact that the formal requirements for filing it were not met, the Public Prosecutor-General believes. His spokeswoman, prosecutor Anna Adamiak, explained precisely what it was about after the ruling was announced.
