On Monday night, there was a tragic incidental at the Marine Police Station close Ustka. A 27-year-old soldier, taking a bath in the Baltic, is missing. The reported drowning male Marine Search and Rescue Service (SAR) picked up after 8:00 p.m.
Two floating rescue units and a Navy chopper immediately entered the operation. Despite intense searches, the missing soldier was not found. Rafał Goeck, spokesperson for the Marine Search and Rescue Service, confirmed that the search was besides continued on Tuesday.

The missing soldier came from Bielsko-Biała and at the minute of the incidental he stayed on the beach in the camp during his free time. According to available information, bathing in the sea was the origin of his disappearance.
Difficulties in Rescue
The search conducted by SAR was hampered due to the conditions prevailing at sea. The rescue action was besides supported by another units, but has not yet yielded the expected results.
