A scam involving the Ukrainian deputy minister. Millions of losses for the state

The safety Service of Ukraine revealed that the actions of the erstwhile Ukrainian deputy minister of wellness led to losses in the state budget in the amount of 4 million hryvnias (over half a million zlotys). This is related to 1 of the investments for digitization of the ministry, which did not materialize.
