– Not everyone will service in the military, not everyone will become a soldier, not everyone will take an oath, but each of us must have skills, knowledge, applicable cognition of behaviour in hard situations – said the Minister of Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish in the General Staff of the Polish Army, informing about the launch of universal, voluntary defence training.
