"Not everyone will service in the army, not everyone will become a soldier, not everyone will take an oath, but each of us must have skills, knowledge, applicable cognition of how to behave in a hard situation," said Minister of Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, informing about the start of the pilot of universal, voluntary defence training.
