A G20 summit without Ukraine. What about Russia?

The G20 summit planned in Delhi for September 9-10 will take place without the participation of Ukraine. India's chief of diplomacy stated that the delegation from Kiev would not receive an invitation due to the fact that the G20 is not the UN safety Council.
