The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów initiated proceedings on the usage of public money by members of the board of directors of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship to finance the CPAC Conservative Conference. It was held in late May, shortly before the 2nd circular of presidential elections, in Podrzeszow Jasionka. The guests included Andrzej Duda and Karol Nawrocki.
The prosecution is investigating breach of powers by a public officer and actions against the public interestFor which there is simply a punishment of up to 3 years imprisonment. No one's been charged so far.

On 27 May, the first Polish edition of the Conservative Political Action Conference was held. (CPAC)of which they participate United States conservative politicians. The event was organized at the Exhibition and legislature Centre in Jasionka close Rzeszów.

As we read on the Sejm website, 1 of the key elements of the conference was a peculiar gathering devoted to Polish-American relations, with peculiar emphasis on entrepreneurship improvement and start-ups. The gathering was organised jointly by the Podkarpackie Innovation Centre and the Rzeszów Regional improvement Agency.
The Polish edition of CPAC was attended, among others, by the Secretary of National safety of the United States Kristi Noah and candidate for president of Romania George Simion. The president besides spoke at the conference Andrzej Duda and - at the time during the run - president elect Karol Nawrocki.
