In Paris there is simply a coalition of support for Ukraine

A coalition gathering with about 25 Heads of State and Government began in Paris; Poland is represented by Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The aim of the gathering is to support Ukraine in the area of air defence and to strengthen the force on Russia.
