Justice of the Brazilian ultimate Court Alexandre de Moraes said on Thursday that the man who tried to enter the ultimate Court office on Wednesday was about to blow the building up. Police determined that the bomber was Francisco Wanderley Luiz, who unsuccessfully ran earlier for the Liberal Party's right-wing councillor, which besides included erstwhile president Jair Bolsonaro.
