Brazilian ultimate Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes said Thursday that a man who tried to enter the ultimate Court on Wednesday intended to blow up the building. Police identified the attacker as Francisco Wanderley Luiz, who had previously unsuccessfully run for city councilor for the right-wing Liberal Party, which includes erstwhile president Jair Bolsonaro.
