Duda changed the motion for a hatred speech bill!

President Andrzej Duda, who had previously challenged the Act on hatred speech to the Constitutional Court, is now modifying his proposal. As it turns out, it's about people with disabilities. The president besides requested an interpretative judgement concerning the knowing of sex another than in the Polish Constitution.
