Rentberry, a Ukrainian-founded property management and rental platform, has closed its Series A circular with $90 million. The circular was joined by Berkeley Hills Capital and GTM Capital, raising Rentberry’s valuation to $1 billion. The valuation, however, has been controversial among any analysts.
