6 fresh eIDAS implementing acts!

On 30 September 2025, six further implementing acts of the revised eIDAS Regulation were published in the authoritative diary of the European Union.

The acts concern the following areas:

Organisation

Validation of signatures and seals

Registered service

Signature and stamp certificates

Maintenance of signatures and seals

Acts will enter into force on 20 October 2025.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2025/1929 of 29 September 2025 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the relation of date and time with data and the determination of the accuracy of time sources for the provision of qualified electronic time stamps.
