Russia is improbable to accept a proposal for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine. "This is nothing more than a temporary respite for the Ukrainian military. Nothing more," said Yuri Ushakov, an advisor to the Russian president, referring to the American proposal. Fears that Russia is stalling and intends to proceed the war have thus been confirmed.
