- The National Broadcasting Council imposed a fine of PLN 145,000 on TVP for broadcasting the study entitled "Rydzyk's Masterpiece", which appeared in the peculiar study programme - announced Maciej Świrski, head of the National Broadcasting Council, on Wednesday.
