18th EU Sanctions Package on the Table. It Will Block Russian-American Businesses

The European Commission has ready proposals for the 18th package of sanctions against Russia. It will hit, among others, Russian oil, as well as banks that aid Russia circumvent sanctions and attempts to reactivate Gazprom's gas pipelines. Discussion starts this week, and the adoption of the paper is planned by the end of July.
