The president vetoed a bill that passed through the Sejm in September. First of all, he put a ban on keeping dogs trapped. It was expected to be a breakthrough, due to the fact that the current regulations let it for a maximum of 12 hours a day.
The regulations besides contain information about the minimum dimensions of the cots, which Karol Nawrocki called absurd, due to the fact that in his opinion they correspond to "the size of the studio in Warsaw".
