According to the Israeli Ambassador to Poland, during the judo tournament in Bielsko-Biała, there was an attack on Israeli players. Meanwhile, the competition organizers rejected the accusations and pointed out that it was the Israeli coach who attacked the justice and hit him due to the fact that he disagreed with his decision. Jewish coach attacked a Polish judge. The incidental occurred during the children and youth tournament in judo in Bielsko-Biała. The outraged embassy of the judaic government reported that the squad from this country "was attacked verbally and physically".
"We are profoundly afraid about yesterday's violent incidental involving Israeli judo team, which was attacked verbally and physically during the competition in Bielsko-Biała. Children and youth aged 7 to 16 took part in the competition.
There is no place for force or anti-Semitic insults of any kind, especially in sport, which should advance respect, honesty and cooperation between nations. We call on the Polish authorities to take immediate action, analyse the incident, to hold the guilty liable and to guarantee the safety of Israeli athletes in the country" – she wrote on the X platform on Sunday, Israeli embassy in Poland.
The Polish authorities were usually called upon to analyse the incident, to hold the guilty responsible, and to publically show themselves to the organizers of the competition before the fresh “race of masters”. It's different this time. Tomasz Chmielniak, president of the Bielski club Janosik, who organizes an global judo tournament, in an interview with PAP said that Israeli players were surely not attacked. – If individual was attacked, the judge ... by a Israeli coach - He said.
As he reported, during the alleged so-called competitions, the coach of 1 of the Israeli clubs, during the fight of his ward, disagreed with the judges' decision. – We've got everything recorded.e... So you could go back and see what the fight looked like, who won, who lost. – reported by Chmielniak. He pointed out that an Israeli trainee was about to hit a judge.
– The Israeli club was excluded from the competition due to the fact that they behaved aggressively. They didn't act fair. Judo is simply a “white” sport. There should not be, especially in professions at the level of children and young people, specified physicalities as regards adults. We're expected to set an example, not teach specified behavior. – he said.
Chmielniak stressed that the incidental was not attended by young players from Israel, but only by their coach. He added that police were summoned. - They're here. Nothing happened. We've smoothed things out. – he said.

Sławomir Kocur told PAP that officers who arrived on Saturday evening confirmed the tournament organizers' version that it was Israeli coach who led to physical contact. – We've searched the pages. ... and we informed them of the anticipation of submitting a notification. no of them did.. ...
