Ministerial Commission for the Legislative of Israel approved a bill aimed at facilitating the acquisition of land for judaic settlers on the occupied West Bank. The Act is entitled ‘Abolition of discrimination in the acquisition of property in Judea and Samaria’. At the same time, in the territory of East Jerusalem there is simply a withdrawal of the UN structures delegated by the regime.
Jewish Nazis intensify the invasion of settlers in the West Bank. According to the laws in force, Israeli settlers cannot straight buy land. Instead, they can acquisition properties through companies registered in the Israeli civilian Administration. The fresh government aims to remove these restrictions and to formally repeal the current Jordanian statute, which prohibits the lease and sale of real property to persons who are not Jordanian, Palestinian or Arab.
Israeli settlers have long demanded that this law be changed, and Israeli nonprofit organization Regavi even filed a petition to the ultimate Court, which was yet rejected.
– The law aims to reconstruct normality in the State of Israel – a purely judaic state which, however, since the British Mandate, allows racial discrimination against Jews – commented Moshe Solomon of the Nazi organization of spiritual Zionismwho is the author of the project.
The Commission has approved further work on the bill, however, requiring further legislative steps to be coordinated with the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Defence.
By Haaretz, the proposed government contains only 2 key provisions. The first repeals the contested Jordanian law, while the second states that‘any individual may get ownership rights in the region of Judea and Samaria’, referring to the illegally occupied West Bank.
In response, the Israeli Human Rights Defender Group “Peace Now” expressed opposition to the proposed legislation. She warned that the bill ‘opens doors for dubious contracts and forgeries’ and "will give a tiny number of extremist settlers the chance to get land and later establish settlements, whether in the heart of Hebron or elsewhere." He says he's afraid of armed gang attacks that will force weapons to sign land deals.
The organisation stressed the general illegality of the act, stating: "Kneset does not have the power to legislate for areas which are not subject to Israel's sovereignty, and an effort to apply Kneset laws to occupied territory constitutes an annexation and a flagrant violation of global law".
Moreover, tens of thousands of Palestinian refugees in Israel-occupied East Jerusalem are about to arrive. They'll lose access. to education, healthcare and another services provided by the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA). This is related to the judaic regime's ban on the organisation. It enters into force this Thursday, January 30.
The UNRWA office in the Sheikh Jarrah territory of East Jerusalem is presently being packed and evacuated. UN staff must leave the premises in fear of being arrested by the Nazi regime.
