Former legislature marshal Tomasz Grodzki lost the trial to Tomasz Sakiewicz, editor-in-chief of "Gazeta Polska" and president of tv Republika. The territory Court for Warsaw-Woli acquitted the writer of the accusations of slander and insult, and the costs of the proceedings were borne by the civilian Coalition policy.
