Trump's triumph took a large circular of applause. How the PiS explains this euphoria

Many presidents before him announced the abolition of visas for Poles, but yet Donald Trump did so six years ago. He besides sent more American soldiers to Poland and assured in Warsaw that America would defend us as a NATO member. Only that the announcements of what he now says about Russia, Ukraine and Zelenski were heard at the time of the campaign, and yet the PiS triumph received large applause in the Sejm. How do the politicians of Jarosław Kaczyński's organization explain this now?
