Reimbursement on the election of judges to the Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court postponed the proceeding on the motion of Members of the Law and Justice concerning the procedure for the selection of judges by the Sejm. At the same time, president Karol Nawrocki was asked to present his position. The case is straight linked to the fresh election of six fresh judges of the Court by Parliament and may be applicable to the further political and legal dispute around this institution.
