Reimbursement on EU funds for Hungary

The Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the EU, in an opinion issued on Thursday, proposed to repeal a decision in which the European Commission agreed to unlock any of the EU funds for Hungary. According to her, this could only happen if the required reforms entered into force.
