Reimbursement on the safety clearances of the Head of BBN. The court dismissed the complaints of the NAP

On Wednesday, the Chief Administrative Court dismissed complaints by the Prime Minister's Office from the judgments of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, in which the WSA repealed decisions to revoke the current Head of BBN Sławomir Cenckiewicz's safety clearances regarding access to classified information.
