Zuzanna Dąbrowska: Full Prohibition must be introduced in the Sejm

Simon Holovnia says that there is no place in the Sejm for “papers”, although it is known that there is and that is rather a lot. This makes it easier for alcohol to pour profusely in the building of the hotel.
