Since 12 March, individual customers are no longer allowed to contact ZUS via the ePUAP platform. This means that the requests and letters which affect the platform will not be considered. 2 electronic roads stay in use: eZUS portal and e-Service – informed the Social Insurance Institution.
The Social Insurance Institution recalled that as of 1 January correspondence delivered to the Social Insurance Institution by the ePUAP platform was not considered to be effectively served. However, he pointed out that correspondence, which by 11 March went to the Plant by ePUAP would be recognized. Applications lodged within this period will so be considered.
The ZUS information emphasized that since 12 March individual customers are no longer allowed to contact the Zakład via the ePUAP platform. This letter has no legal effect.
