As of 1 March 2026, the updated income thresholds for early retirement and at the same time moonlighting before reaching the general retirement age will apply. Overshooting the limits may mean a simplification of the benefit – up to about PLN 989 per period – and in any cases a temporary interruption. It is worth checking fresh rules so as not to hazard losing part of your paycheck.
