The Social Insurance Institution does not recognise the rights to mining pensions of any of the employees of mining companies – informed the president of ZE PAK, Piotr Wozny, during the Tuesday gathering of the Subcommittee on Fair Transformation. The representatives of ZUS and the Ministry of Labour indicated that the problem is the definition of "minor work".
