The Social Insurance Institution does not admit the right to mining pensions of any employees of mining companies, the president of ZE PAK, Piotr Woźny, informed during Tuesday's gathering of the subcommittee for just transition. Representatives of ZUS and the Ministry of labour pointed out that the problem is the definition of "mining work."
