The investigation, which was meant to be a symbol of the “counting with the times of Ziebra” is simply a political spectacle. The D.A. demands the waiver of immunity from the erstwhile Minister of Justice, accusing him of alleged illegal backing of the foundation from the Justice Fund. Meanwhile, the current management of the ministry pays millions of zlotys to the same entities, on the basis of the same contracts which are presented present as evidence of alleged crime.
